What is the “The British Virgin Islands Environmental and Tourism Levy”?

The Government of the Virgin Islands will implement an Environmental Tourism levy effective September 1, 2017. All visitors arriving to the territory via air or sea are required to pay a fee of $10.00. For information about the Environmental and Tourism Levy, visit

What time is check-in and check-out?

• Check-in 3:00pm, Check-out 11:00am
• Late checkout requests may be made through the front desk only, and are subject to determination based on hotel occupancy. Additional charges may apply.
• Minimum age for check-in 25 years

Early check-in / Late check-out policy

• Requests are extended complimentary based on availability
• If a room is not available upon early arrival or we cannot extend a late checkout, our office staff will be happy to store your luggage on your behalf.

Does Virgin Gorda Village accepts special bedding request?

• Rollaway beds are not available.
• Baby playpens are available $10.00.

Fitness Center

• The fitness center is available 24 hours a day for all guests on property.

Laundry Facility

• Available during office hours Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
• On Saturday and Sunday, please check availability in the schedule on the office door.

What is the cancellation policy?

• Reservations can be cancelled 30 days (winter & summer), 60 days (holiday) prior to arrival but a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply.
• A first night’s room and tax deposit will be retained or charged at the time of reservation. If cancelled after the cancellation period or in the event of a no show this deposit will be non refundable.

What credit card may I use to reserve my room?

  • Master Card, Visa, Discover, cash & Cheques (other payment options)

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of reservation.
The first night’s room and tax will be charged to the guest’s credit card at the time of booking. This deposit is nonrefundable after the cancellation period.

1 Hour: $3.00
1-3 Day Stay: $10.00 per day
4 Days and Up: $5.00 per day
